    Description

A note to all Ebay buyers:
Please note that Israeli mail service to most countries is limited because of the global pandemic and there are delays in the shipment and arrival of items to all destinations. Shipping procedures are slow and buyers must expect long mail time. Buyers must acknowledge these issues before making a bid. Thank you for the understanding.
This auction is for an old used
    rubber stamper of the
    New York State Seal
    Of a Licensed Professional Engineer
Issued to Mr. David Steinberg No.43621
    This stamp was made by
Samuel H. Moss, which was a stationary store located in Manhattan, New York. They specialized in made-to-order rubber stamps. The stamper has a patent no. 2,143,833 that was filed on Feb. 26, 1937.
Seems to be made in the 1960's – 1970's.
    It is 3
    ½
” inch high (9 cm) and the size of the rubber stamp is
    1¾" (4.2 cm) in diameter
This item is showing age & usage that are to be expected in a vintage piece.

    I normally use
    Registered
    Airmail
with limited internet tracking for items valued up to 0.  If the customer prefers a courier-based shipping service such as
    Priority Mail
    (
    with full internet tracking)
and is willing to cover the higher costs, I will be happy to accommodate.
In the case of lost or damaged items, Registered Airmail covers compensation for the item value & postage costs up to 0 maximum.  Higher levels of compensation are included only in the
    EMS
    services.
It takes up to 3 or more weeks for delivery. Sometimes postal service is getting slower especially at weekends and holiday. Occasionally there may be delays because of extra security checks at the post office.
I have earned my high feedback record by being honest, fair and by describing items for sale as accurately as possible.  If any buyer finds that this is not the case, I will gladly refund. (Buyer is responsible for shipping charges).
Good Luck and thanks for bidding!
