Empty cardboard box that once held a half dozen Star brand Heldryte Mandrel Mounting teeth cleaning brushes, made by the Star Dental Mfg. Co., Philadelphia, PA. Price for the box was 35 cents. Box measures a small 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 3/4". Wrapped in plastic to protect its superb condition, with a few small "dots" on the front (see photos). It is possible there is a stain on the back-very hard to tell but if there is, then it is very light and blends in with the general design of the box. Only one like it on ebay.
