Nice vintage Collins Company Legitimus Rock/Pick Geologist Hammer in decent used condition. The hammer has the crown with the arm and hammer logo. The hammer is 13" long and the head is approx. 7 1/4" across. The original handle is nice and solid to the head and has great patina. The handle is smooth and fits the hand well. This is a used tool and there are use and wear marks on both the head and handle, but nothing too bad at all. The logo has some wear around the edges, but can clearly be seen. The Legitimus logo on the rock hammers is not rare, but harder to find then other tools with this logo. The hammer weighs in at 1 pound 13 oz. This hammer is great for display or continued use in the field, overall very nice hammer. Check the shipping options, Regional Box A for some areas will be cheaper then regular priority, Thanks
