Vintage Art Deco Rockwell Silver Overlay Black Amethyst Parrot on a Branch 10.5"

Beautiful Rockwell black amethyst vase with silver overlay and what I think, is very hard to find. colorful painted parrot on a branch.  It gives it such a more Art Deco look.
There are 3 very small "dots" of paint from the making as can be seen in the picture.  They do not come off.  Other than that, I cannot see any damage what so ever on the piece anywhere.  Silver is good as is the paint on the bird. Even the silver flowers are detailed. No chips, cracks or repairs.  Marked on the bottom with 10-321B (or 8)-10 with remnants of the Rockwell sticker.  10.5" tall.  Beautiful piece for any collection.
