Seal Fob Crest stamp

Description

Good condition consider its age.
The seal is made from glass connected to wooden handle by brass cylinder and small brass nails.
The crest is beautiful detailed leopard above shield.
Underneath the leopard there is a traditional wreath.
the both sides of the shield are decorate with flowers.
Above the leopard there is family motto in latin: Tache sans tache
The English translation is: Without stain
The crest and the motto are belong to House of Carnegie from Scotland
Earl of Northesk

, who notably served as Sheriff of
Forfarshire

Scottish Representative Peer
from 1708 to 1715. His younger son, the sixth Earl, was an
admiral

Royal Navy
