    ROCKWELL ~ Vintage Frosted Glass Jar VASE w/S.Silver "Lotus Blossoms" Overlay
    Description of item...
    Here we have a beautiful vintage frosted glass small-sized jar VASE with a sterling silver overlay surround depicting lotus blossom designs (and silver top rim) made by ROCKWELL SILVER COMPANY of Meriden, CT. It measures approx. 4-1/2" high x 2-3/4" in top opening diameter x 4-1/2" in mid diameter x 2-3/8" in base diameter. It is in excellent maintained (curio cabinet displayed/used) condition with no chips or cracks, no silver loss, no damage noted. It has not been cleaned or polished since acquired, and is being offered in "as found" condition. It retains its original foil sticker which reads, "ROCKWELL ~ STERLING SILVER ~ NON-TARNISH." Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1925-1935. This item weighs approx. 3/4 lb., add 1-3/4 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased. I currently have a larger and matching Rockwell Vase with lotus blossoms silver overlay on auction.
