Continental silver wine cooler or vase, probably from the 19th century, with ornate floral and twirling motifs. It measures 11 1/8'' in height by 8 1/2'' in diameter at the top (10 1/2'' at the widest point approximately), weighs 42.5 ozt, and bears illegible hallmarks as shown.
