    Estate collection of Natural gold nuggets. This is a very rare matrix specimen gold nugget that has pure quarts peeking out of the front of this nugget.  These type of nuggets are usually displayed in museums and are very rare. It weighs 12.48 grams. 18.81mm long and 17.15mm wide. The origin of these nuggets came from Alaska and California.  Natural nuggets range in the 20kt to 23kt average purity range, 24kt being pure gold.  Nuggets are found in river beds and steams.  The photos show the front and back side of the nugget.
