Jesse James Westcoast Choppers tool 210 piece limited edition toolset with box

210 piece Jesse James West Coast Choppers set. Missing about 10 pieces of the 210 piece set. Bottom part will fit tons of tools.
It is on wheels and I have both of the keys to lock it. Box does have some signs of use but overall everything works great!
This is two piece toolbox set. The top measures 26x14x12. There is room to store tools on the top also.
The bottom part is 27x34x18 and has 8 drawers in total. Overall the toolbox is in good shape no major dents and everything works good.
