I am not an expert. All info came from other sources including the internet.
I have not tested but it is not magnetic. The maker marks are hard to identify the maker but my best guess is it is Henry Mathews by comparing know marks to mine.
I do guarantee it is Sterling silver 925/1000

CONDITION:
Used Pre-Owned. In good condition. Some surface scratches due to age. I can't tell but the front left side has a small dent in the
decoration
part of the bowl. This is very had to tell, I felt it but could did not see it. This has not been cleaned.
