GORHAM ART NOUVEAU PIERCED STERLING SILVER and GLASS VASE 14.75", EARLY HALLMARK

Description

Offered is a magnificent Art Nouveau Gorham sterling silver and etched glass vase. Both the vase and glass insert have impressive Art Nouveau designs. The sterling vase has an early Gorham hallmark. The glass insert  has a small .25 x .25 inch surface nick toward the top of the glass (photo number 4). Overall the insert is in very good condition. Toward the bottom of the pierced sterling vase is a small area where the design is slightly pushed out (photo number 5). The total vase height including the insert is 14 7/8 inches. The pierced sterling vase without the glass insert is 9.5 inches. There is a lovely scrolled monogram on the base. We have chosen not to polish the silver and leave that decision to its next owner.
