made circa 1900, perhaps in France,
the matrix shows initials:
M. R.

weight: circa 35gr
condition: very good, some very slight signs of age and use, complete and firm
there are 2 marks: one looks like the Dutch import silver mark and the other is a master mark, unknown to us
