OLD ANTIQUE DECORATED WAX STAMP FOR THE DESK.
antique wax stamp in a copper/bronze desk holder.
this stamp is very nicely decorated and the coat of arms / stamp can also be seen on the outside of the holder.
at the top the stamp is decorated with a French lily and there in a nice glimmer.
the top where the French lellietje is, this is a cap with screw thread, the stamp is hollow on the inside so that something can be stored in it (the lacquer for the stamp).
A family coat of arms can be seen on the stamp, this consists of a crown with a circle below it with a cross in it, on the left side of the circle, I think a lion with a crown can be seen, on the other side on the right is a unicorn.
