Antique Glass Intaglio Portrait / Bust of Lord Byron
Amber colored early 19th century glass seal of Lord Byron in the James Tassie style.  James Tassie created the method for using glass paste in the late 1700s to cast intaglio seals rather than having to carve each one. This one is a little later but I believe made with the same method.
