Antique Blown Glass Art Nouveau Silver Overlay Vase 8" Tall, Marked

Description

This beautiful silver overlay vase would compliment most decor, even mid century modern or mission. There is a polished pontil at the bottom. The blown glass is not clear,  it is not quite a smoke or amber, almost a pinkish gray. There are 2 marks at the neck that I can't quite make out. One looks like an artist mark, Pahr? The second is a series of 3 marks I think designate a silver mark but I am not 100% certain. I am selling it as found at an upscale estate auction. There are some spots on the base that I did not try to clean and a slight scratch to the glass near the bottom see last photo. I did have a tough time photographing this, please excuse the glare spots and streaks.
