of a flower in a baluster vase,
the lower part might be
gold

gilded metal

no hall marks found,
the stamp / matrix is a (semi-precious) blue stone,
and might be a replacement,
condition of the Mother of Pearl: no damages
height of the seal: ca. 8 cm / ca. 3.1 inch
