made of a treen / turned wood handle with an agate stamp / matrix, making it an
intaglio wax seal
the seal shows a heraldic / crest badge like coat of arms with
on a belt /
strap and buckle
the heraldic motto:
Aut Vincere Aut Mori
- either conquer or die,
in the circle of the belt interlaced intials:
I. M. D.

above it all: a right /
dexter arm, with sleeve, and hand holding a cross crosslet fithcee
