I purchased this magnificent trumpet from ACB in July of 2020.  It was unboxed in my studio, and has yet to leave my studio.  I have practiced on it perhaps 4 hours/week since then. After each session, it gets a BlowDry treatment with alcohol, valves are re-oiled with Hetman, and the slides are all wiped down and re-greased with Hetman. Finally, the finish is wiped down with a soft microfiber cloth and it is put back into the Adams silk pouch, and then into the new Adams Gard bag in which it was delivered.  It looks exactly like it did the day it was unboxed - inside and out.  No scratches, dings, dents, spots, wear spots, or corrosion, inside and out.  The Gard bag is of course also in like-new condition, having never left my studio or used for any other trumpet.  Shoulder strap has never been used.  Also included is the Adams silk drawstring pouch.
The superb Adams quality shows everywhere on this beautiful trumpet.  The combination of brass, bronze, and nickel-silver, sealed with clear lacquer, plus the silver-plated bell, is simply stunning.  Valves are Adams-tight and smooth, and slides are all fitted "just right".
With it's heavy build, large bore and silver-plated gold brass bell, this horn is capable of anything from soft and dark to huge with sizzle.  Personally, it is the biggest, fattest, "big-as-a-house" sound I have ever produced on any trumpet ever.  But alas, it is not the axe I was seeking to add to my arsenal, and I am forced to sell to continue my search.

A standard Adams A4 sells new for over ,400 and with silver plate sells new for ,750.  This may be that rare chance to acquire a new-condition A4 with the silver bell for less than a stock new horn.  My loss, your gain.
